Laughter Ball Yoga is wonderful. It is a joy to do. My body is relaxed and toned. I love laughing during the exercises. Always happy by the time I am done. The exercise leaders are easy to understand and follow. They provide an Explanation of what the exercise is targeting and how to perform it correctly. I strongly recommend starting this program. Once you start you will integrate it into your life.
